We proudly represent Aetna, AFSLIC, America's Choice, Benefit Health Plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, GlobeLife, Humana, MagnaCare, Manhattan Life, MetLife, Standard and UnitedHealthcare. We also offer group benefits through LifeX and Bright Life. Depending on your state, our plans give you access to leading PPO networks, including PHCS, Cigna Open Access, Aetna Signature, BCBS, First Health and MagnaCare.
Today we serve clients in 19 states (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, KS, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TX, VA, WI and WY), and our approach has never changed: our members come first.

Luke leads Trinity Insurance Group and works one-on-one with individuals, families and businesses to find coverage that fits their needs and budget. He shops the market across multiple carriers so his clients get the right plan at the best possible price.

Tammy Elliott
Tammy is co-owner of Trinity Insurance Group alongside Luke. She helped build the agency's commitment to treating every client like family, and she continues to support Trinity's mission of putting members first.
